Four steps
- Tell us your trip. Send one message by email, Instagram or Facebook with where you are going, your dates and who is travelling. For visa or insurance questions, add the passport you hold and the country you live in. A rough plan is fine.
- We compare and check. We look at options from our partner networks and keep the list short. For visas and entry rules, we find the official government source for your passport and destination, and link to it.
- You choose and book with the partner. When you are ready, you open the partner’s website through the link we share, and you book and pay there. The partner, or the airline, hotel or insurer, issues your ticket, voucher or policy and sends your confirmation.
- If your plans change. The partner handles changes, cancellations and refunds under its own terms. Your confirmation email shows how to reach them. If you are stuck, message us and we will help you find the right contact.
What we never do
- We never take payment for your trip. You pay the partner directly.
- We never issue tickets, hotel vouchers, insurance policies or visas.
- We never decide visa applications, and we cannot guarantee approval. Only the relevant authority decides.
- We are not an embassy, a visa centre or a government website, and we are not affiliated with any government.
- We never ask for passport copies, card details, passwords or one-time codes by chat, email or social media.
Why we ask for your passport and where you live
Whether you need a visa mostly depends on the passport you hold. Where you apply, and which documents you need, often depend on the country where you legally live. Travel insurance depends on where you live too, because many insurers only sell to residents of certain countries.
If you tell us both, we can point you to the right official source and to plans that are open to you.
What it costs you
Nothing. Asking us is free. When you book through one of our partner links, the partner may pay us a commission. Your price is the same. Read how we make money.
Prices and availability
Prices and availability are set by partners and can change quickly. What we share is what we saw when we checked. The price on the partner’s website before you pay is the one that applies.
Your data
We use what you send us only to reply and to help with your trip. We do not sell it. We keep emails and social media messages for up to 24 months after our last conversation and then delete them, unless we need them longer to deal with a complaint or legal matter. Our privacy policy explains the details and your rights.
Where we work
Voyfaro is online-only. We do not have an office open to visitors: we work remotely and reply by message, wherever you are. Who runs Voyfaro is set out on our company information page.
