What to include in your message

To help us reply faster, include:

  • Where you are travelling from and to
  • Your dates (exact or flexible)
  • Number of travellers, and children's ages
  • What you need: flights, hotel, eSIM, visa guidance, insurance, or all of them
  • Your budget, if you have one

When to expect a reply

We aim to reply within one working day. Messages sent late at night, on weekends or on public holidays may take a little longer. Simple questions are often answered sooner.

Questions about an existing booking

If you have already booked, the partner you booked with is the fastest way to change, cancel or get a refund. Their contact details are in your confirmation email. If you cannot find them, message us and we will help you find the right contact.
